Are you sitting in front of your computer a lot, or dont have enough time to go exercise. This diet is a lazy way to lose weight. And even if you are just sitting down on your computer it burns hundreds of calories. It also increases your metabolism which aids a lot in weight loss
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water
1) To 2 parts of raw honey use 1 part of cinnamon. It is recommended to put 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to 2 teaspoons of honey.
2) Boil the 1 cup/8oz/237 ml of water.
3) Pour the boiling water over the cinnamon. Cover it and let it cool down until it is warm enough to drink.
4) Add the honey when the water is cool or lukewarm. Never add honey when it is hot because the heat will destroy the nutrients and enzymes in the raw honey.
5) Drink 12 of this before going to bed. The other half should be covered and kept in the refrigerator and drink it in the morning. Do not heat it in the morning.
You must not add any flavors in this mixture. And this recipe will work only if you drink it on empty stomach.
